Dear patients of Dr. Chartrand and Dr. Rizzo,
Dr. Daniel Chartrand has faithfully served the community of McKinney for the past 17 years. He is an amazing doctor and even better man. Like so many others, our family has been privileged to be under his care and guidance; the past 6 years for us personally.
A few months ago, the Lord started nudging Dr. Chartrand that his time in McKinney was coming to an end. He and I met and discussed this. After prayerful consideration, we both felt that I was to assume care of patients at Harmony Family Health. We have been working together for the past few months on this transition.
This has been a season of change for the both of us. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this transition is happening. Dr. Chartrand was hopeful that he would be able to stay on in some capacity, but ultimately needed to move home to Missouri.
I am humbled and excited to be able to assume care of the patients of Harmony Family Health. I look forward to getting to know each one of you and your families as the months turn into years.
